Who's Behind This?

I'm Jason Van Dyke.In my early twenties, I was living haphazardly—no real plan, just doing what felt right. That approach cost me my first engagement and my dream job in the same year.As my boss escorted me out, he said: "Good decisions come from experience, and experience comes from bad decisions. Learn from this bad decision and never let it happen again."That moment changed everything. I spent the next five years rebuilding my life intentionally.
